RAVENOL Sperrdiff. Hyp. Getr.öl LS SAE 85W-90 GL-5 offers the best performance requirements for differential gears and differential locks.RAVENOL Sperrdiff. Hyp. Getr.öl LS SAE 85W-90 GL-5 ensures good adhesion, a lubricant film resistant to high pressure, and provides excellent “limited slip” (LS) properties to prevent undesirable slip characteristics. Highly offset hypoid gear pairs are also effectively protected against wear under severe operating conditions.Application NoteRAVENOL Sperrdiff. Hyp. Getr.öl LS SAE 85W-90 GL-5 has been specially developed for use in differentials with high performance requirements and for limited-slip differentials.CharacteristicsExtremely high load-carrying capacityExcellent wear protection due to EP additivesOutstanding “limited slip” propertiesExcellent aging resistanceHigh oxidation stability even under high thermal stressGood foam/air separation and stable behavior at high speedsNeutral toward non-ferrous metals and sealing materialsExcellent viscosity-temperature behavior
